according to the competition's organizers.

PARTICIPATION
This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Australian Pensioners Insurance Agency Pty Limited (“APIA”) (“the Promoter”) ABN: 14 099 650 996, of 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, phone number (03) 8681 9387.
Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Conditions”). All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter forms part of these Conditions.
The Competition is only open to individuals who: (i) are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older as at time of entry; and (ii) are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iii) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee.
Competition entry commences at 12:01am (AEDT) on 01/10/2013 and closes at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 25/11/2013 (“Competition Period”).
Except as otherwise indicated, all references to “$” or dollar amounts in Competition or these Conditions are a reference to Australian dollars.

ENTRY
To obtain an entry into the Competition, an Eligible Entrant must during the Competition Period complete and return to the Promoter the entry form particular to this Competition (Entry Form), that includes at minimum his or her first and last name, post code, email address and in the case of an Eligible Entrant who holds a current insurance policy/policies with APIA their policy number.

at www.insurancepromotions.com.au/apia/25ktravel/aq in the case of an Eligible Entrant who does not hold any current insurance policies with APIA; or
at www.apia.com.au/travel in the case of an Eligible Entrant who holds a current insurance policy/policies with APIA; or
in the case of an Eligible Entrant who receives an invitation to enter the Competition via a third party such as eBay, AustPost or WebJet, by confirming their details as captured by the third party and by the Eligible Entrant providing the insurance renewal date to the third party,which details will then be transmitted to the Promoter;
completed and submitted by Eligible Entrants in person using the specially marked Entry Form at any participating APIA branches or at any APIA community events that offer Competition Entry Forms;
completed using the specially marked Entry Form received from the Promoter and submitting the Entry Form:
by post using the Reply Paid Envelope supplied (Reply paid 3081, South Melbourne VIC 3205) by the Promoter; or
in person at participating:
APIA branches; or
APIA community events with Competition Entry Forms.; or
completed and submitted over the telephone by calling and speaking with a representative of the Promoter on 13 50 50 (call costs apply).
An Eligible Entrant will receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Competition notwithstanding he or she has submitted more than one Entry Form in accordance with paragraphs 6 (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv). Where an Eligible Entrant has submitted more than one Entry Form, the Promoter will only have regard to the first valid entry received via paragraphs 6(i), (ii), (iii) or (iv).
All Eligible Entrants must ensure the Promoter receives their Entry Form during the Competition Period. Conforming Entry Forms will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of submission by the Eligible Entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment. Incorrect contact details in an Entry Form may result in the entry being invalidated.
Eligible Entrants must complete and submit his or her Entry Form personally in accordance with the permitted entry methods set out in paragraph 6 of these Conditions. In the case of Entry Forms completed and submitted through the Competition Website the Promoter reserves the right to reject any Entry Form that it reasonably believes was completed by an automated service.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries invalid if it learns that any aspect of the Competition has been tampered with by a third party.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of information provided by an Eligible Entrant in each Entry Form (including but not limited to information about the Eligible Entrant’s identity, eligibility, age and postcode) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant and his or her Entry Form that does not comply with any of these Conditions.
Cost of entry via the internet is free, but internet connection, internet usage rates and telephone call charges may apply. Costs associated with accessing the Competition Website remain an entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the internet service provider. All entrants should obtain details of such costs from their internet and telephone service providers.
Telephone calls made by an Eligible Entrant from public or mobiles telephones may incur additional charges and at rates higher than those of a standard fix line telephone. All telephone fees and charges incurred by an Eligible Entrant in relation to or in connection with this Competition are the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant.
Entry Forms submitted by post must be the original. Photocopies or reproductions of an Entry Form are not valid entries that comply with these Conditions and will be deemed invalid entries and discarded if received by the Promoter.

COMPETITION PRIZE
The Prize for this Competition is valued up to $25,880 as at 30/08/2013 and is comprised of:
a single $5,000.00 stored value card issued by Visa;
a Canon EOS600D DSLR camera, DSLR camera bag, 7 pinion tripod and 8GB memory card (the combined valued of which is $880 including GST) as at 30/8/2013; and
a single voucher from Free-2-Travelvoucher (F2T) valued up to $20,000 (including GST if applicable), which may be only used or put towards travel services such as flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, attractions, travel insurance, car hire, coaches, sporting events or concerts offered by F2T on the following terms and conditions:
all management of Prize redemption will be facilitated by F2T;
including reservations, communication and documentation;
Provision of Prize information;
Provision of visual images of both the product and general holiday shots for any POS material used by APIA;
Provision of the technical information / conditions etc.

F2T - ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS REGARDING EVENT TICKETS
Please note that some event tickets cannot be given away for promotional purposes without obtaining the relevant organisers approval(s), due to either contractual restrictions imposed on the use of the tickets, or via legislation. You should seek (your own) legal advice in this regard, and APIA accept no responsibility if you fail to obtain adequate approval from the relevant organisation(s).

TRAVEL CONDITIONS

All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel voucher will be valid until 30 November 2014. All travel vouchers must be booked through Free-2-Travel and their suppliers, no direct bookings are permitted, if direct booking is made a 10% service fee will be charged at winners own expense.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or cash products ie, Travelex, foreign currency etc. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. It is the winners responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. The Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure for international destinations. Any travel companions of the Prize winner under the age of 18 years, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions as incurred.
The Prize is no refundable or transferable and no portion of the Prize is redeemable or transferable into for cash, money or financial products such as stored value cards.
Redeeming the Prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
The winner of the Prize for this Competition will be selected by the first Entry Form randomly drawn from all valid entries received by the Promoter in conformance with these Conditions.
The draw will occur at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 02/12/2013 at Contact Management Associates (VIC) Pty Ltd, 92-94 Tope Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 (Competition Administrator).
The winner of this Competition will be notified in writing within two days of the draw via the email address provided in their entry. The winner will also be contacted by phone if provided in their entry. Winner’s name and postcode will be published in The Australian newspaper on 09/12/2013.
Subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation, the Promoter may determine to conduct a redraw 03/03/2014 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to award the Prize to another Eligible Entrant if the Prize has not been claimed by the winner determined under paragraph 18 of these Conditions.
The winner of the Prize drawn under paragraph 19 be notified by telephone and/or writing and have his or her name as well as their postcode published in The Australian newspaper on 10/03/2014.
If the Prize or an element of the Prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then an alternative Prize of comparable Prize or greater value to the Prize will be awarded by the Promoter in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner (if any) may be required to:
take photographs of themselves in front of landmarks or landscapes visited in relation to or in connection the Prize and submit at least three of those photographs (within 60 days of returning from their travels or events visited) to the Promoter, which the Promoter may use, disclose or publish (at no charge, royalty or fee) in any media format it chooses for the purposes contemplated by clause 30 of these Conditions; and

sign a legal release or releases in a form determined by the Promoter (in its absolute discretion) to enable the Promoter or its nominee to promote the Competition or the Prize winner (including but no limited to the Promoter publishing photographs submitted by the Prize winner in clause 24(a)).

GENERAL
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any Eligible Entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Competition (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); (v) any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the Prize.
All of the Promoters decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Delay or failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights in these Conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Prize winner consents to the Promoter or FREE 2 TRAVEL using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without compensation, financial or otherwise, for the purpose of promoting this Competition on the terms of these Conditions.
All Entry Forms become the property of the Promoter and information contained therein (including any copyright that might subsist in that information) becomes the property of the Promoter.

PRIVACY AND MARKETING CONSENT AND DISCLOSURE
Privacy Statement. All personal information collected by or on behalf of the Promoter from this Competition is to enable the Promoter and its agencies to administer the Competition and may be used by the Promoter, its agents, contractors and related companies, for the purposes of carrying out planning, product development and designing future promotional campaigns. Each Eligible Entrant agrees that it is a condition of entry into this Competition that they must consent to being contacted by the Promoter (by any means, including by email) for the duration of the Competition Period. This is required to ensure that the Competition entries are properly recorded, processed and so that the winner can be drawn. The personal information of the Prize winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, Prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities if requested. By entering this Competition, each Eligible Entrant consents to the use of their personal information as described. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in clause 1 of these Conditions or by calling 13 50 50 to request access to or corrections of their personal information collected and held by the Promoter. If an Eligible Entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the Prize. The collection, use and disclosure of all personal information will be in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available online at http://www.apia.com.au/website-terms-and-privacy or by calling 13 50 50 to request a copy.
If an Eligible Entrant has marked the “opt-in” box on the Competition entry form, the entrant consents to the Promoter storing their personal information on its database and using their personal information for the further primary purposes of the Promoter promoting or marketing its their products and services via email or SMS to the entrant (Marketing Program). Entrants may unsubscribe from the Marketing Program at any time using information contained on the mail or electronic message or by making a request during a telephone call.
Notwithstanding anything in clause 33 of these Conditions, if in an Entry Form an Eligible Entrant requests future contact from the Promoter and/or its related entity Suncorp Life & Superannuation Limited ABN 87 073 979 539 AFSL 229880 (Suncorp Life), by completing the required information on the Entry Form, the Eligible Entrant understands and agrees that the Promoter will store their personal information on the Promoter’s database and disclose their personal information to its related entity Suncorp Life so that Suncorp Life and the Promoter can use this information for the further primary purpose of contacting the entrant at a later date (by any permitted means including telephone, email, mail or SMS) in order to market their respective products and services.
Further to clause 32, if an Eligible Entrant enters the Competition pursuant to condition 6(i)(c) and also provides/confirms the renewal date(s) of insurance policies he or she currently holds, the Eligible Entrant consents to the Promoter or Suncorp storing their personal information on the Promoter’s database and understands and agrees that the primary purpose of the Promoter collecting information about an Eligible Entrant’s insurance details is to enable the Promoter to contact the Eligible Entrant closer to the insurance renewal date provided/confirmed by the Eligible Entrant (by any permitted means including telephone, email, mail, SMS or online marketing) to provide the Eligible Entrant with an insurance renewal quote.
Each Eligible Entrant completely releases Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this Competition, and acknowledges that this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Eligible Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
