Terms and conditions of the competition "Win a trip to Las Vegas for two this Christmas "

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Eligible entrants must have a Facebook account to enter.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (Perpetual Trustee Company Ltd), participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Promotion commences on Monday 4 November 2013 and ends at 3pm AEDST on Friday 20 December 2013 (“Promotional Period”).
How to Enter: To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

A draw will take place at Glasshouse Management Office on Level 7, 135 King Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 20 December 2013 at 4:30pm AEDST.
The winner will be notified by writing within two (2) business days of the draw (and by telephone if a telephone number is provided on entry). The winner will also have their name published on the Glasshouse website (www.glasshouseshopping.com.au) on the date of the draw
The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) people to Las Vegas, USA valued at up to AU$5,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
Two (2) x return economy airfares from winners nearest capital city to Las Vegas, USA; and
Five (5) nights twin share in 4 star rating accommodation in Las Vegas, USA (exact accommodation venue winner will stay will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).
Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be booked by 31 March 2014 and taken by 31 December 2014 (however, if winner is drawn in the unclaimed prize draw the prize must be booked by 30 June 2014 and taken by 31 December 2014, and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
The winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Total prize pool is valued at up to AU$5,000.
If a winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winners nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
The prize or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
If the prize (or a portion of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
A draw for the prize if unclaimed may take place on 22 April 2014 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw (and by telephone if a telephone number is provided on entry). The winner’s name will also be published on the Glasshouse website (www.glasshouseshopping.com.au) on 30 April 2014.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrants name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
